Absztrakt

A tanulmány a közösségi média közigazgatásban való alkalmazásának mérési lehetőségeivel foglalkozik, kezdve az amerikai kormányzati szervek közösségimédia-alkalmazásának kezdeti gyakorlatával, áttekintve annak hiányosságait és esetleges nehézségeit, ami elvezetett egy mérési keretrendszer koncepciójához. Ezt követően – a kapcsolattartási szintek fejlődésén és azokhoz kapcsolódó egyes példákon keresztül – az angolszász (elsősorban az angliai) önkormányzati tapasztalatok, majd a nyugat-európai önkormányzatok körében végzett közösségimédia-jelenlét mérési eredményei kerülnek bemutatásra. Végül a kelet-közép európai önkormányzatok Facebook használatával kapcsolatos mérési tapasztalatok összefoglalására kerül sor, két országra vonatkozóan.
